Please note that our store operates using a print-on-demand dropshipping model through Printful, meaning your products are created specifically for you after your order is placed. Because items are made on demand, we do not hold traditional inventory, and returns are handled differently than standard retail stores.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us regarding a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unworn (for apparel and accessories)

  • Include original packaging and tags (if applicable)

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Print-on-Demand Returns & Order Issues

Since our products are made specifically for each customer through our fulfillment partner, Printful, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Ordering the wrong color or design

  • Products no longer wanted

We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, size charts, and product details carefully before placing your order.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrectly fulfilled

  • Missing items from your order

Exchanges

Because our products are created on demand, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or product, the fastest solution is:

  1. Contact us regarding your order issue.

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the correct item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Digital products or downloadable files

  • Items damaged due to improper use or care

Refunds
