At Candancia Rosa, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Because we operate using a print-on-demand dropshipping model through Printful, your products are created specifically for you after your order is placed.

This means that your order goes through a production process before it is shipped. We do not keep traditional inventory, and production times may vary depending on the product, destination, and order volume.


Order Processing and Production Times

All Candancia Rosa products are made after an order is placed.

Before your order is shipped, it must go through:

  1. Order confirmation

  2. Product production and printing

  3. Quality inspection

  4. Packaging

  5. Shipment to your delivery address

Production times vary depending on the product type and Printful’s current fulfillment schedule.

Most orders are typically processed within:

2–7 business days

Please note that production times may be longer during:

  • Holidays

  • Sales events

  • High-demand periods

  • Unexpected production delays

Production time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Times

After your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on your location:

Canada:
Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days after production

United States:
Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days after production

International Orders:
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after production

Please remember that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may be affected by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect address information

  • Delays outside of our control


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

You can use your tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Please carefully review:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Apartment/unit number

  • City

  • Postal/ZIP code

  • Country

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, Candancia Rosa may not be able to replace or refund the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Candancia Rosa is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery provider.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier for additional information.

  3. Contact us at support@candenciarosa.com if you need assistance.

We will work with you to investigate the issue, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for packages marked as successfully delivered.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your product arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect compared to your order

We will review your request and work with our fulfillment partner, Printful, to determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Because products are created specifically after purchase, orders may enter production quickly.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after production has started.
